Turning On Apple Updates
| If you are running a Mac OS X , this is how you can "Turn On" your Apple Updates.

| First, open "System Preferences" in the Apple menu at the top-right corner of the screen. |

Then, select "Software Update" to verify or change your update settings. |

Be sure the "Check for updates" and the "Download important updates in the background" boxes are checked. |

| Now your computer will automatically download updates and will notify you when they're ready to be installed. You can also check for updates manually at any time by selecting "Software Update" from the Apple menu. |
