ResNet Service Request
Bear in mind that the service visit to get your computer online initially is free of charge, but subsequent visits may incur charges. Check the fees and conditions page for more info.
Also note that service appoints are strictly for getting your computer access to the campus network. We are unable to repair software, repair hardware, but will assist in removing viruses from your machine.
If you receive an error while scheduling an appointment, please contact the Computer Center Help Desk at x7300.
Note that ResNet appointments cannot be made for virus removal. We will shut off your connection and call you to bring in your computer.
