From the Text tab, you can Indent, Outdent, change the paragraph formatting, align it differently, make lists, change the font face, change font styles, use CSS, change the size, color, and check your spelling!

This panel is very useful. It should appear at the bottom of your screen. If you don't see it, there should be a small rectangle with an arrow pointing up at the bottom of your screen. Click that, and it should open the panel. On the Properties Panel, you can format paragraphs, change the font family, size, color, bold, italics, alignment, make bulleted lists, change the indent, make links, and go to Page Properties, which allows you to change the page's background, and so much more.

Explore a little on all of these options. I suggest making a scrap page to just play around. Try to use as many different formatting styles as possible. If you want, use the same "Try it Yourself"s from the Learning HTML Code section, but do it with the buttons, instead of the code!
